This quality Aluminium box is to house a (Chinese 5 kw heater as picture) under the chassis of a camper van length 420 x 190 high x 170 deep , 1.5mm thk with holes for clamping plates at 195 centre's . Access door plate provided ie door x3 clamp plates Riv nuts installed in the box bolts & washers included . Front view the air in hole 81.5 dia to the right and outlet hole is 81.5 dia to the left, for the Chinese 5 kw, any queries plz message me.

The box is fitted to the floor of the van using the x3 clamps provided, and the heater is secured inside the box.

You can bolt to the floor using the clamps, attach to the chassis, or anywhere you deem fit to install the heater box. These boxes have been fitted to all different types of campers.

The box provided as a place for the heater to live outside the van, saving you space and adding a bit of security and protection + noise reduction being outside the van.

Always refer to the heater supplier manual for correct installation information.

Tip 1: Make sure the glow plug is always at the top of the fuel input to prevent any leakage, and if in doubt, do a bench of videos available on this.

Tip 2, once fully installed, maybe use a bit of Loctite on the access door screws to prevent any loosening over time.
