Gibson Demo Mod Collection 1936 Advanced jumbo Vintage Sunburst VOS Weight:1.91kg

Description

Gibson Montana factory, DEMO MOD collection locally selected product! !
Based on the concept of imagining the value of a new musical instrument, guitars that had external defects or repair marks during the production process were modified in-house using free ideas and made available for sale.
"DEMO MOD Collection" of "OneofaKIND" prototype demo guitars with unique customization.

A reprint model of the "1936 Advanced Jumbo" that is an evolution of the "Jumbo" by using rosewood on the back side and combining a long scale! !

In the era when the original model was released, the Great Depression occurred and Gibson at the time devised a new product lineup that was considered advanced and high-end.
One of those lineups is this "Advanced Jumbo" model.

Despite the fact that the Advanced Jumbo was a model that boasted exceptional sound and playability, the number of production was small during the short manufacturing period from 1936 to 1939.
It wasn't very prominent in the guitar market at the time.

Carefully crafted by Gibson master luthiers in Bozeman, Montana, in order to bring back the tone and fame of the past, which is a must-hear for artists, players, and collectors alike.
Please enjoy this book that has been revived in modern times.
After purchasing, please fill out the necessary information on the user registration card included and mail it to Gibson Japan within 15 days.
Brand new, made in the USA, Montana factory.
The classic sunburst color is used, and the top features a beautiful tiger-eye AJ pickguard.
Featuring a very distinctive and eye-catching mother-of-pearl "DiamondsandArrows" inlay, rectangular bridge and long saddle.
Specifications such as the Waverley tuner are full of the atmosphere of the 30's.
The BODY is of course all veneer, with Thermal Aged Adirondack Red Spruce on the top and Rosewood on the SIDE BACK.
Rosewood is also used for the bridge and fingerboard, producing a deep, high-quality sound with a wide range unique to rosewood.
The scale is 24-3 4 for J-45 and Hummingbird, while Advanced Jumbo uses a long scale of 25.5" (647.7mm).
Nitrocellulose thin finish and scalloped X bracing are familiar specifications from the Historic Collection.
