Description
Precision Bass underwent a full model change from the OPB specification in mid-1957.
This was the time when so-called "Plebe" specifications were introduced, including a split pickup and 4-way saddle.
The one that has arrived this time is a reproduction of the 1957 specification at a custom shop.
Furthermore, this is a TimeCapsulePackage.
This piece is finished with a flash coat lacquer that is expected to improve the sound of the instrument itself by using a thinner lacquer finish than usual.
Due to the thin coating, it has not been buffed, and the parts are ClosetClassic specifications.
The body is 2-Piece Select Alder with FlashCoat Lacquer, and the neck is Quartersawn Maple with FlashCoat Lacquer.
