• The straps and/or bracelets are presumed to be original to the watch and typically show wear from use such as damaged finishes, creases, kinks, chips, etc...

• Please study the photos carefully before bidding or buying.

• The watch was reasonably accurate over a multi-day period but long-term accuracy is unknown

• As the winner, you will receive the exact item shown in photos.

• This watch has a domed crystal. Due to light refraction, the watch hands may appear to “move” slightly when changing viewing angles.  This is not a defect.

• The watch hands may not perfectly align with the minute marks.

• The original box, packing materials, accessories, and documentation (such as instructions and warranty cards) are NOT included or available unless shown in listing photos or otherwise stated.

• Any accessories shown in the pictures are not included.

• Please check the band length before bidding/buying and please MEASURE YOUR WRIST before Bidding/Buying!

• The band may have been altered (links removed) to suit the previous owner’s size preferences.

• Unless stated otherwise, there are no extra/additional links included or available, and this watch may not be suitable for all wrist sizes

• There is NO warranty or guarantee for any part of this watch for any length of time.  It is offered "as is" in working condition, unless otherwise listed as "parts or repair".

• A new battery was installed prior to listing submission but life expectations are unknown.

• There is NO warranty or guarantee on the life or charge capability of batteries or capacitors for any length of time.  There is no way for me to determine how new or old a battery/capacitor may be or how long it will last before replacement is required.

• Water resistance is not guaranteed and has not been tested.

• Gaskets have not been replaced and may be in poor (original) condition.  Additionally, gaskets may be missing.
