Terms of Transaction

I use new and recycled materials to ensure that your item arrives safely to you. I pack all of my items very carefully. However, with fragile items there is always a risk. Items such as Antiques/Collectables, glass, ceramics, paintings etc are not insured for damage by any of the postal services, with the exception of The Royal Mail. In the unfortunate, and unlikely event that something does get damaged or goes missing with Hermes or the Royal Mail then I will do my very best to assist you in making a claim. I always obtain proof of postage for all of my sent items. Sadly I cannot be held responsible for the courier / postal services poor handling of parcels.

Please note that any issues regarding non delivery or damage to the parcel caused by the courier must be notified to me within one week of the dispatch date.
