Koi are shipped Monday Thru Wednesday. Signature required. 

Terms & Conditions: Any problems with shipping we cannot be held responsible for damaged boxes, delayed shipments, weather conditions or any Acts of God. If boxed is damaged upon delivery take pictures and when signing for acceptance, ask to write notes on the UPS digital signature note pad and have the UPS carrier take pictures to help you get your monies back or item replaced by UPS. 

* All fish are guaranteed to arrive live. Koi boxes are to be opened immediately upon signature to check on koi. If koi is DOA we will need pictures within 2 hours. You and me will speak on the phone before Koi is shipped, at that time you will have my phone number if there are any issues and the ability to send pictures.  I am also immediately notified upon signature of Koi.

*DO NOT OPEN BAG UNTIL GIVEN FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS. ONCE BAG IS OPENED, YOU WILL TAKE FULL UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF KOI WITHOUT ANY TYPE OF REFUND. 

Koi guaranteed live delivery and only reimbursement if koi is DOA and all procedures have been followed correctly. Reimbursement is in koi of equal or greater valve not money. Shipping is never reimbursed. Shipping will be paid for by the customer for reimbursement koi also.
