With just an input, an output and two send and return effects loops this incredibly useful box has plenty of uses in any guitarists set up.
 
First and foremost it was designed to control two separate effects loops.
Place one (or more) effects in each of the effects loops and with the 'Mode' toggle switch you can decide whether you want the 'Flip' switch to either A/B switch between which effect the guitars signal is going through, or run through both effects loops and change the order the effects run into each other.
 
In A/B mode you will run your guitars signal through either Loop A or Loop B.
 
In Order mode you will have both effects loops active at the same time running into each other and the Flip switch will determine the order.
For example: Loop A > Loop B or Loop B > Loop A.
 
Extra uses for the pedal includes:
2 separate A/B circuits when in A/B mode. Input > Send A or Send B and Return A or Return B > Output
A simple effects loop to bypass any effects that you aren't using, whether they're noisy, suck tone or just aren't used often. In A/B Mode choose a loop for the effects that you want to remove from the signal and in the other loop place a patch lead between the send and return and you can now bypass the effects loop and switch it in whenever you need it.
 
The onboard Remote socket controls the Flip function using an external footswitch (sold separately). It requires a TS ( Tip/Sleeve) mono 6.35mm audio jack connection.
When the external Remote is in use the Flip toggle switch no longer works until the Remote socket is unplugged.
 
Requires 9v DC centre negative power supply (not included).
