This is a Hess Toy Truck and Helicopter! It is the 1995 version, in its original packaging. The head, trailer and taillights light up (C batteries not included) on the truck. The Helicopter lights and rotor do not function, you may be able to get them working with some extra attention. The truck is 14 ½ inches long.
