Grade 2 model with redwood top!
A small body model with a cutaway design that uses redwood for the top of the body and black wood for the sides and back of the body.
By adopting a round auditorium shape, the bass sounds are clean, and when played softly, it is characterized by a good response and a well-defined volume. The redwood on the top is soft and pliable, giving it a deep and chewy sound. On the other hand, the black wood used as the backing material has a hard tone, which together give off a special tone!
Grade "2" is the core grade of Cole Clark, and its organic yet chic and elegant appearance, such as the wood binding, snow flakes inlay on the fingerboard, and gold pegs, is also eye-catching.
Adopts a 3way-Pickup System equipped with three pickups, which is Cole Clark's biggest feature.
A piezo bridge pickup installed under the bridge that produces a hard, well-defined sound. A face sensor pickup embedded in the top bracing material that picks up all of the body rumble and attack to produce a soft sound.
And a condenser microphone installed at the bottom of the preamp control that picks up the raw sound. It is now possible to blend the bridge pickup and face sensor, and by mixing in the raw sound of a condenser microphone, it is possible to create a variety of sounds. You can intuitively adjust the tone you want right at your fingertips.
A new FC (FrequencyContour) switch has been added to the preamp section. Conventionally, face sensor pickups and condenser microphones have filters for the frequency (3.2kHz), but can be controlled by notch. When you press the switch, it has a conventional 3.2kHz filter, and when the switch is up, the filter is bypassed, giving the sound more power. You can turn it on or off depending on your preference when outputting electric/acoustic acoustics.
An all-satin nitrocellulose lacquer finish with the feel of wood. The organic look is also a popular item. Comes with original hard case.
