Vintage Royal Doulton Red Pomeroy Pattern 10 1/2" Dinner Plate

Offered is an old Royal Doulton red "Pomeroy" pattern 10 1/2" dinner plate. This plate has deep orange/red border with yellow and red fruit and lighter green leaves on the border. In the center is a green gray wall with an urn of flowers--a red and yellow tulip, pink rose, a red and yellow poppy and more. The plate would appear to be older since its coloring is so different from newer versions and it has no molded fluting in the plate itself. The plate is marked with a deep brown Royal Doulton mark and pattern name. It also has a decorator's marks which may be a date--D 25 47 over 23.

It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks and has no crazing or surface scratches in the center. There are some white marks of color loss in the rim band. and on the rim.
