Francis Ford Coppola Winery stamped on the top.  This two-layered set neatly hides the serving tools in an underlying notched tray. The round upper cutting board is mounted on a swivel to swing to one side.  Tools included are an offset cheese knife for wedges, cheese plane, cheese slicer & server and hard cheese knife.  This Cheese Set is great for any get to together!
