Comes in original box with some speaker wires. Appears to be part of a set, but just has standard speaker connections on the rear.

No instructions. Untested. Speakers are in good condition, if a little dusty. The shiny black surface does have some handling scratches and finger marks.

Item will be shipped in the box as adding another box will increase postage.
