Lamp looks complete but i'm not totally certain... lamp does not appear to have been used however  ... Structurally sound, metal shows aging signs;  i tried restoring the top cap a little bit to see if lamp is restorable  and it turns out pretty good ...  more will be needed and i'll leave the rest of the fun to you!

Unit was untested due to limited knowledge and fuel!
