Genuine 1960's Yellow Wooden Coca-Cola Crate

Here we have a lovely yellow version of the iconic Coca-Cola crate

This is an original and untouched genuine Coca-Cola crate, originally bought from a reputable crate company.

Not to be mistaken for a modern reproduction.

Its in rough condition as you might expect as its probably from the 1960's and has had a hard life. I don't suppose that these were ever considered collectable back then, just a rough crate for moving bottles with a bit of advertising thrown in. The metal bands are rusty and the wood itself is unfinished on the inside. There is a chunk missing on the top of one of the sides (please see photo).

It also has a lovely stenciled graphic in red paint on the inside of one of the sides. Its difficult to read fully, but is built by the Southern Wooden box Inc Jonesboro Arkansas.
