Unless grossly misrepresented, we don't take returns. Most of our items are donated and are vintage in nature. Therefore, we don't always know the history of an item. Unless stated New, all our items are vintage in nature and will have some wear from either storage or use. We do our best to describe items to the best of our knowledge. We will be happy to ship international but can only ship air priority with insurance. All buyers are responsible for any duties or custom fees associated with the purchase. They are not included in the price of the item or the shipping. We pack well but always try to ship with insurance as one never knows with the post office. If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact us asap and take a picture of the damage. Please hold onto the damaged item and packing material in the event they may want to inspect it.
