This is a driver left triple beam headlamp removed from a 2018 RX350 F-Sport. This is complete with the module. I don't have the donor VIN but this headlamp is the USA version (stamped USA on the back housing), has an "H" on the sticker at the top (please verify) and is the part # is 81150-0E290. May need programming, I'm unsure. 

 Good for 2016-2019 RX models with triple beam F Sport. Please message any questions prior to purchase. 

- Lens is shiny and clear, no cracks, no haze. Some minor scratches that are hard to photograph and a minor rock pebble nick. See pictures with pencil pointing. Not perfect but I would give it a least a solid 8.5, perhaps 9 out of 10. 

- All tabs originally were broken so I bought the Lexus repair kit for all tabs and they are installed. The side speed nut fender mount tab was unavailable so I made a repair with another speed nut. It should work just fine (see pictures 7 and 8)
