Description
King Snake is a guitar brand based on the concept of dirty, full-acoustic guitars.
Inside the body, 15mm thick spruce material is pasted on the back side of the bridge, which reproduces the unique sustain and attack of the 80mm wide and 70mm long kingsnake.
The body top and back structure uses a 3.5mm thick maple, spruce, and maple 3-ply laminate, making it a full acoustic guitar with a quick response.
The pickup is based on the vintage P-90, but the neck pickup is hand wired with a low tension and reduces the number of wire turns, and uses Alnico 5 for the magnet. The bridge pickup uses Alnico 4, and is wound with a slightly more wire turn than the neck to loosen the tension. Wax potted to prevent howling.
The wood conduits are finished with an ultra-thin nitrocellulose lacquer that makes them stand out, allowing you to feel the sound of the wood itself.
