This is part of a large auction featuring blues, R&B and doo-wop, from several different labels - a real mix this time with a nice selection of unusual small label stuff. There are a handful of Aladdin and King, but there are also some one offs from Ivy, Home of the Blues and more.

Here's the info on this item:

Release: Dean Barlow & The Montereys - Through The Years / Dearest One

Format: 45 rpm 7" single

Year: 1957

Notes: White label first pressing.  Early single by Barlow, his only record for Onyx. He is back on this one by The Montereys who had recently changed their name from The Bachelors. There were four songs cut in this session, but only two were released. Nice vocal harmonies on both sides, but the B-side really shines here.

Vinyl Condition: VG+, Vinyl itself is in nice shape and super-clean with almost no wear at all. It plays well and sounds great with no skips/ticks/bumps, hardly any background noise at all. Labels are very nice, with no tears or stickers but they do have just a touch of light scuffing. This is a top notch copy overall.

All records I sell have been personally cleaned and play tested. Check back in a couple of weeks for another new auction: R&B & doo-wop 78's.

I want buying from me to be a good experience for you. I also know that condition can be very subjective, so I encourage you to see pics for exact condition details and ask questions if you need additional information. As always, the item you see is the one you will get. Please see my feedback, I think that will show that I am an accurate and fair grader and make sure my customers are happy.

I will combine shipping for anyone who wins more than one item.  If you do need combined shipping, please wait for an invoice before paying.
