The car seat itself is in decent condition.

It seems that there is an issue with the cable that assist with moving the chair forward using the leaver at the side of the chair.

To get into the back of the car, you need to manually pull the chair forward using the leaver under the chair.

Everything else is in working order including the seatbelt sensor.
