Rock Machinery Ltd was established in 2011 with the goal of designing, building and supplying high quality garden machinery to the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe. We are a family run business, who particularly specialise in log splitters. Our Venom range has advanced beyond our wildest dreams, and is quickly becoming a leader in the industry. We have strived to enhance all of our ranges, and year after we have developed our products to provide consumers with the best possible products, this is reflected by our recent award of runner up at the Scottish Rural Awards.

Payment

Payments can be via PayPal (sales@rockmachinery.co.uk) or can be made by card over the phone. 
If item is purchased through eBay ( buy it now) we ask that payment is made immediately.

Shipping

We aim to have your item delivered as quickly as possible, with over 90% of orders being dispatched within 48 Hours.Once dispatched, all items are shipped on 2 day service. However we are at the mercy of our delivery partners and have no control over speed or time of delivery. Machines that require building may take a require more time as we built and test them here. Machines are shipped by palletline and as standard the delivery vehicle will be a 17.5-ton lorry, as smaller 7.5 tonner can arranged as requested if access is difficult.  If you require an item shipped outside of the UK mainland please contact us before placing the order as we will need to quote for delivery.

Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. One the item is back it will be inspected by our team.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging if applicable .
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  The item will be subject to a 20% restocking charge if the return is not through a warranty case. i.e change of mind.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer?s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
