They arrive fully assembled with a galvanised hanging chain attached to them so that they are ready for display straight from the box. Our topiary balls are made using only the highest quality materials so that we can ensure that our products are UV Stable and weather resistant, meaning that they will not fade or become brittle - something that our competitors cannot guarantee. The leaf mould and colours used during production are available only to Best Artificial. We have many years of experience and we pride ourselves in the realism of our products. Each Topiary ball is handmade by a member of our dedicated staff who will also ensure that the Topiary Ball is carefully packed before shipping.

All Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day. Items may be sent with a number of couriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, DX, Evri or Fastway. Most orders arrive within 2/3 working days. Please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive before you contact us and then we will track the item and if there is problem we will send you a replacement. At busy times of the year and times of severe weather, items can take slightly longer to arrive.

As we send all our orders out fast, please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. If your order has been shipped, you can return it for a full Refund up to 30 days after you receive your order. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. For all faulty products or wrong items, please contact us and we will sort the issue. If the packing on your goods looks damaged please check the items before signing for them as when you sign for the goods, you are declaring that they were in good condition when you received them.
