The battery powered movement is not functional (will need to be replaced). The outer frame is steel, the chrome ring is metal, and the cover is glass. Great Tiki Lounge Decor, or man cave.
Measures 10 1/8" x 10 1/8" x 1 1/2", and weighs just under 2 lb.
