This a unique 3 piece item.  Beautiful gold beads strung around a chrome cylindrical frame, with a brass ring piece at top and coaster shaped l non skid base.

This is hollow, there is no base, so this would fit around a candle.  I have a video of it that can be shared if necessary to get a better understanding of the shape.
