The Ibanez BTB-Boutique Bass is a bass with high specs and expressive power that stimulates the player's sensibilities. The deep cutaway shape and neck-through construction provide excellent playability and sustain, while the carefully selected material composition and independent bridge structure for each string ensure the look and rich tone that embodies the Boutique name.
Original hardware, a well-thought-out setup, a neck grip designed for high-quality playing comfort, and spherical fret edges. All are standard specifications of the Premium series, where Ibanez's commitment and craftsmanship resides.
Neck-through structure provides long sustain, rich resonance, and high rigidity.
The 9pc neck is a combination of maple wood, bubinga wood, and hard panga wood, achieving a clear sound image and high rigidity.
Additionally, the graphite material inside the neck is used to ensure durability.
889mm 35 extra long scale
It produces a clear sound that won't get lost in an ensemble, and uses a 35 scale that can easily be used for downtuning.
Bubinga wood TOP BACK and ash wood laminated wing body
The wing body that holds the neck is a laminated structure made by laminating ash wood, which has a clear, contoured sound with good clarity, and bubinga wood, which tightens the low range, on both the top and back sides.
The cutaway style with a deeply hollowed body contributes to ease of play in high positions.
In addition, the shape and design of the horn are designed with consideration to good balance when playing standing up.

It uses Aguilar® DCB pickups, which are characterized by excellent dynamic response, balanced overtones, and rich sustain.
MR5S monorail bridge with string pitch adjustment mechanism
Each string has an independent bridge, which transmits string vibrations directly to the body. In addition, the saddle is designed to move 1.5mm left and right, allowing you to freely set the string pitch to a fixed width.
Active 3-band EQ & EQ bypass switch equipped with 3-pattern mid-band frequency selection switch
This is an equalizer that produces active sound with wide range and low noise. 006P alkaline battery powered
By switching the switch, the midrange frequency band, which is the key to bass sound, can be changed to 250Hz, 450Hz, or 700Hz.
