Porsche 356 B / C T-6... (VDM) Steering wheel... someone cut the three prongs off the base of the horn button as you see in the photos… ... (but the front of the button with Porsche crest is in decent shape )and front spokes painted with silver spray paint.. I have no idea what the chrome looks like underneath it.
