A very rare find! Such a unique and beautiful piece. This is in very good vintage condition. However, it is missing a bow—see photos. I’m honestly not sure which side on the dress is the front due to placement of the label, but it appears that the missing ribbon is on the back of the dress. I believe the best way to fix this would be to remove a bow from the side seam of the dress under the armpit to replace it and it will look good as new. I’m not a professional or I would do it myself.

Size on tag reads medium. 90%cotton and 10% Lycra. This dress is stretchy.
