Comes with the Gretsch hard case. 

Overall the guitar is in excellent condition. Frets are in excellent condition. 

The close up photo of the back headstock shows the only noticeable area on the guitar that the finish/paint needs a retouch. 

Other than that, some general cleaning l/maintenance while changing strings and adjusting the setup is all that is needed.
