It has been well looked after and always kept in the case. There are light marks only, consistent with an instrument of this age. The pads and springs are all in very good condition.

Would suit a beginner as well as intermediate player, but would recommend plastic open hole plug inserts for beginner which cost around £12.

The flute plays very well and has a lovely even tone throughout the registers, but is particularly full and resonant in the lower register
