WATTS BOSTON - GIRT LINE - Wooden Wood Folding Ruler Measuring Rule Tool.  Measures 12 1/2 inches across closed and 24 inches across unfolded.  The ruler lays pretty flat with just a slight bow in the middle.  It is missing one of the pins, the other pin was closed to hard and caused a chip and crack.  Signed -  J.
