Return, Sales, and Shipping Policy:
  • Most returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery should the device arrive or become defective within that time frame.  Devices sold as NEW UNACTIVATED have a 14 day return period.  If the NEW device is activated, a 5% restock fee may be charged.
  • Any damage to shipping container/box should be noted to UPS or Fedex driver upon delivery and documented, and by picture.  The more pictures and documentation that are made available to our insurance provider, the quicker we can handle your refund/return/exchange.
  • As usual, all returns must be in the same condition as was shipped and buyer usually pays for return shipping.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any orders shipped to a package/freight forwarder (usually for international shipping).  We also reserve the right to cancel any orders placed if your eBay account is from any NON-USA countries.  PLEASE do not purchase if you plan on using a forwarder or your eBay registered address is not within the USA.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any orders where phone number of an eBay registered user does not match shipping phone #.  VoIP phone numbers are not acceptable.
