Circa 1998 VTG.

Condition: New. You'll have a full roll. One of my pics shows the beginning of the roll (non-sticky portion)

What is Washi tape? It's a decorative tape from Japan.

I believe the tape itself was clear but due to age, it is an off yellow color. However, you can still see the Pokemon clearly. I do not know how long the roll is.

Perfect for those "gotta catch em all" collectors.
