All our diamond rings can be resized to almost any size. The resizing fee is an additional £50 - £70 depending on the size required, please be aware this fee is non-refundable.

Resizing takes an additional 3-5 working days. If your item needs resizing please contact us after the sale with the size you require and we will issue instructions on how to pay for the resizing

Payment can be made via PayPal or Credit/Debit card. It is preferable to use PayPal, as this way both buyer and seller are protected. If payment is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to consider the transaction void and to relist the item.

NON-PAYING BIDDERS

Please refrain from bidding on any auction items UNLESS YOU ARE 100% sure that you want to pay for it.

All orders are dispatched within one working day of receipt of payment via Royal Mail for all our shipments unless otherwise specified. We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver your chosen pieces as quickly as possible which is why all our items are in stock and do not come from overseas.

Insurance is not optional as all items are sent fully insured for the purchase value via the Shipping and Handling cost.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied our no questions asked return policy lasts 30 days. Once 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND, ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST:

• Be returned within 30 days after receiving the item.
• Be returned in their original condition, as they were shipped, and in their original packaging.
• Be accompanied by the original invoice and documentation. If merchandise is returned without the above an administrative fee will be charged.
• Not be resized (by other jewellers), used or damaged in any way.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
