Most returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery should the iPhone arrive or become defective within that time frame. iPhones sold as NEW UNACTIVATED have a 14 day return period. If the NEW device is activated, a 5% restock fee may be charged.
Any damage to shipping container/box should be noted to UPS or Fedex driver upon delivery and documented, and by picture. The more pictures and documentation that are made available to our insurance provider, the quicker we can handle your refund/return/exchange.
