Returns are permitted only on brand-new, unused, unopened, and
resell-able condition products.
Shipping:
The product will be shipped through eBay shipping management
within 24 hours of receiving the order except on weekends and holidays. Note: Shipping
(both ways) or 20% whichever is greater will be deducted from any refused,
returned, wrong address, and changed mind orders.
Returns:
We offer a 30-days money-back guarantee. Returns are permitted only on brand-new,
unused, unopened, and resell-able condition products. As per eBay policy, we are
allowed to deduct up to 100% of the returned item if we receive them back in
damaged, used, or opened condition. If you receive your package in a damaged
condition, please provide us with a picture upon receiving the package.
If you’re having second thoughts about your
purchase, here's what we can do:
· 1. Email our customer support department along
with your order number and let us know that you are interested in returning
your order.
· 2. Our support department will be sure to help
you return your item to one of our return locations (Either in the US or Europe
depending on where you are).
· 3. Mail your item back to our support
department’s address (you will be required to pay for postage).
· 4. Upon receiving the item, processing will
take 2-3 business days.
· 5. ALL RETURNS MUST BE
