Returns:

I have a 14 day return policy, buyer pays return shipping. I replace lost or damaged items.
*For damaged items I require a photograph of the damage so that we may file a claim with the carrier.
*An item is considered "lost" only after the tracking info hasn't been updated in more than seven business days.
