No spit up on this dress, as it was purchased in the 1950's as a doll dress, and spent its entire life on a life size doll. It is in very clean and in nice condition, except that nylon is a very fragile fabric, and there are a few slight tears. Those are shown in the last five photos. I found one on a sleeve, three small ones on the bodice (under the horse design bib), and one in the back at the bottom (of three) buttons. It is about 13.25 inches from shoulder to bottom hem, and I am guessing that it is a 6-12 month size. No spots or stains. Hanger is not included.
