Box is not sealed but otherwise this is a new and complete model kit in mint condition (see photos).  And although there have been several re-issues (e.g., 1984, 1992), this is the original version released by MPC in 1979.  Includes instructions, sealed parts, and advertisement.FYI, box is in great condition - not perfect - but pretty close (see photos).
