ITEM DESCRIPTION:  Unknown origin. Beautiful cookie jar of Mexican siesta with serape. Think it's hand painted. Very subtle colors. Measures 9 1/2" tall to tip of sombrero and 8 1/2" wide at the knees. Excellent condition. No chips, cracks or crazing. See photos.

CONDITION OF AUCTION ITEMS: I am by no means an expert but I have collected Fiesta, Harlequin, Kitchen Kraft and Ironstone for more than twenty years and have a pretty good idea of what people look for and how to assess vintage items. I have done my best to assess the condition compared to other items I see on the market but, as with most things, there can be differences of opinion. Please see returns and feedback for more information.

PAYMENT: All payments must be made via PayPal. No exceptions. Payment is expected within five (5) days of your agreement to buy or the end of the auction. Items not paid for will be canceled and relisted (I will contact you before doing so). 

SHIPPING & HANDLING: All shipping is actual cost via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. I only ship via USPS with a tracking number — this protects both of us. I will combine shipping on multiple purchases if it’s possible to do so — please send me a message before sending payment so I can issue you a new invoice. Items will ship as soon as your payment clears. I will notify you when the item has shipped and ask that you do the same when it arrives. 

RETURNS: If for any reason you are not satisfied, the first thing you should do is contact me. My goal is that both of us are happy with our Ebay transaction. I will gladly accept returns if the item is in the same condition when it was shipped and refund your money if you believe I have misrepresented the item. You must contact me within five (5) calendar days of receipt of your items unless you have made some prior arrangements with me (e.g., it’s a gift). After five days from receipt, all sales are considered final. 

FEEDBACK: Buyers and sellers survive on good feedback. I am proud of my positive feedback as a buyer and as a seller. You have my promise to solve any problems with minimum inconvenience to you. Please do not post feedback until our transaction is totally finished and any problems resolved (see returns).

AUCTION CANCELLATION: On rare occasions, buyers may act irresponsibly and in a manner inconsistent with Ebay regulations. Given that, I reserve the right to cancel any bid should the bidder abuse the process.
