By purchasing the item you agree to the terms and condition set below.

Usage:

All of the items we sell are second hand removed from salvage vehicle unless specified in the listing

If you wish to purchase the part, do not go to main dealers as they will refuse to fit a second hand part

We do not offer reimbursement for fitting costs if the item is not suitable for your car or faulty

Electric items such as ECU are non refundable once opened and fitted to the vehicle, as potential malfunction during fitting might result in damaging the item

Some of the ECU's might have crash data stored on the, hence they are sold on the basis that they have crash data which has to be reset.

Compatibility is only a guide and the item is not guaranteed to fit your vehicle

Always make sure that the Item number is the same as yours, otherwise it might not fit your vehicle

Delivery:

On receiving the item, please inspect it for any damage and if there is any refuse the delivery.

If the item is damaged on arrival please notify us as soon as possible, so we can arrange a replacement

Delivery couriers have a deadline of three days after successful delivery to notify them for damage.

If you fail to inform us for any delivery damage within three days after delivery, we might be unable to replace your item.

Smaller parts up to 5kg are usually shipped within 1 day with 24 or 48H delivery methods.

Large parts up to 30kg are usually shipped with Parcelforce with 24 or 48H delivery methods.

Large Parcels - Monday to Friday delivery

Small Parcels with Royal Mail - Monday to Saturday

Returns:

All items are tested and security market before being dispatched, unless specified in the listing.

Please do not tamper with the item in any way if you wish to return it, otherwise return will not be accepted.

In the rare case that the item is faulty or not as described, you have to notify us within 30 days of receiving the item, this in line with the Consumer Rights Directive.

Upon receiving the item back we will inspect the item and if the security marks are not tampered with and the item is found to be defective we will supply a replacement if available or issue a full refund.

Any returns after the 30 day period will not be accepted, for whatever reason.

Return for Brand New and New Other items is not accepted, once they are opened, so make sure that you are buying the correct item.
