Currently on a mooring in the Hackney area, L'Echappee Belle is a beautiful, well-fitted out 2009 all-steel cruiser-style narrowboat. Vetus 4.17 (42) engine, Webasto diesel water heater plus central heating and heated towel rail, Sterling ProCombi 1500 kva inverter/ charger, Morso Squirrel stove and Thetford cassette toilet system, built-in ceiling speakers connect to radio/Spotify/phone/TV. She was fully repainted on outside, and blacked, in 2022, flue replaced in 2019, and has a current safety certificate.

Open plan main living area with plenty of space, cupboard storage, custom-made sofa with big storage space underneath, pulls out to comfortable double bed, kitchen with gas oven, spacious 240v fridge. Bathroom with shower.  Bedroom, comfy double bed, plenty drawer and wardrobe space, leads out to cratch-covered mini hothouse/ sitting area. Stern deck space for sitting out in sun.

I'm selling because I'm moving to a new phase in life and I can't manage the boat as well. I'll be heartbroken as we have had a fantastic 7 years together. She's a great cruiser and it's been a joy having a mooring in Hackney and also being able to take my home for adventures up the Thames, Grand Union and beyond.

Current mooring is transferable - terms on negotiation with the mooring owner. The mooring is secure, has a water hose and individual electric hook ups for each boat.
