The tote measures 20" across at the top and 14" across at the bottom.  It measures 14.5" high and 7.5" wide at the bottom.  It has double handles with an 11" drop.  

The tote is made of a red floral oilskin on the outside and has a bright yellow checked oilskin on the inside.  There is a large opening pocket on one side of the inside and two smaller open pockets on the other side.  

The tote is in excellent unused condition.  It has been in storage since it's purchase.
