The hardware feels like solid heavy brass.

This was purchased from Jaeger at a time when they made excellent quality handbags. The attention to detail is good with this bag: the zips, hardware and leather are good quality and there are brass studs on the base to protect the bag.

Condition: there are some marks/discolouration on the bag in keeping with normal use, (see photos). All the exterior stitching is intact. No holes to the leather.  The lining in one of the front zipped pockets has a hole in. The interior lining seam is coming apart in a small area - which could be easily repaired. All zips are working. 

Summary: a well-made handbag in an attractive tan colour, with plenty of use left in it.
