The "Halloween Edition" single was limited to 100 copies pressed on glow in the dark vinyl sold at the London Third Man Records "Pop-Up" shop on October 30 & 31, 2009.
This sleeve was "print overflow" directly from Third Man Records. When they originally printed these sleeves, there was almost always a print over flow resulting in a few extra sleeves laying around. Sometimes these extras were given to TMR staff or were sold with the black vinyl 7" at TMR storefronts.
Fold-over picture sleeve grades NM- with the lightest touch of cornerwear and some very light moisture staining/waviness upper right corner. Moisture staining is very faint and only visible upper left corner of back cover and has done no harm to the image itself. No sign of ringwear so I'm guessing the sleeve has never had a 7" included.
