Very rare Fresher Flying V , made in Japan , 79 - 81 ?

When people say 'under the bed' guitar , this is what i believe they mean . The condition of this is really quite amazing, and that includes the original case. I'm guessing its probably one for the collector.

It's just had a very quick service ,new strings , a little oil on the fretboard etc , and a quick wipe down , and yep , its condition is simply quite stunning . I have no doubt that it is 100% original , It plays very well indeed , super low action, neck is quite chunky.

Ok , so 2 negatives . A little chip in the lower v point ( see last pic) . This is definately not in keeping with the rest of the guitar , so much so , that if i was keeping it ,i would consider getting it professionally touched up . I can only imagine that when it happened , it was one of those 'Oh B@llocks' moments . ( We;ve all been there ,right ? ) .Otherwise , there is barely a mark on her , not even any buckle rash , rear of neck , headstock , even the playing surface , all pretty much perfect . Really wishing my camera was better so i could take some better HD pics , but if you do need any more photos of specific areas , please let me know .

Second negative is that i currently cant get anything out of the Neck pick up . Selector switch appears good and stable , as is the Neck volume pot , but havent delved inside yet to see whats up .

Original case , also in amazing and pretty much undamaged condition. No keys , but all latches and hinges working perfectly .

Please hit me up with any info , questions etc , or if you would like me to send you a little video of it being played / some more close ups of the guitar etc .

Would love any prospective buyer to come and see it before purchase. Currently its a pick up only sale , but i will happily consider packing it up with as much care as possible , for you to arrange your own chosen courier . Cheers ..⁹
