Payment
According to eBay Policy, all payments must be received within 4 calendar days of a Buy-it-Now purchase or Winning Auction Bid. Failure to pay for items is a violation of eBay Abusive Buyer Policy. When a SELLER cancels an order because the BUYER hasn't paid, the unpaid cancellation is recorded on the BUYER'S account. BUYERS who have excessive unpaid cancellations may have limits imposed by a SELLER or by eBay, or lose their buying privileges.
Shipping
I guarantee shipment within 3 business days of payment, but typically ship MUCH faster! Shipping costs will be as reasonable as possible, but may allow extra space for necessary bubble wrap and peanuts.
