Customer Satisfaction Policy : If you are unsatisfied with any of our products or services, please let us know before you leave us negative/neutral feedback, or report an item not received. We will try our best to have a satisfactory arrangement for you.  

As our customer, we will make sure that you will never have to report an item not received or leaving a negative/neutral feedback for us.

Payment Policy : We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Shipping Policy : We will ship the purchased item within Canada only, by Canada Post / UPS.  Purchased item will be sent out within 2 days after full payment is received. The delivery time should normally be around 1-2 week(s).  However, there might sometimes be exception that the delivery time may take longer than usual due to unexpected situation.

Return Policy : Please let us know first if you want to have the refund for the purchased item.  Each purchase order has a 30 days period for returning the item.  After the item is received in good condition and unused with the original package, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
