Offered for your consideration is a SHEAFFER NoNonsense rolling ball pen, USA-made c.1980.  SHEAFFER introduced the NoNonsense (no spacing between the words is how they spelled it in period ads) in a variety of colors around 1970.  It was modeled after their classic, flat-ended cylindrical pens from the 1920’s.  This example in white features the logo of United Airlines and comes with its original box.

This SHEAFFER NoNonsense pen is in clean, excellent condition.  It measures 5¼” long with the cap in place, just over 6” with cap posted, and the barrel is a hand-filling ½” in diameter.  The cap and barrel have no cracks or real scratches, just some very faint usage marks from the years.  Plus, the chrome-plated steel clip and barrel band are still very shiny while the clip rests tight upon the cap.  And, the United Airlines graphics are bold and crisp.  Overall, this NoNonsense pen presents exceptionally well to both eye and touch!

What’s more, the SHEAFFER rolling ball refill inside the pen is still writing, but is drying up and due for replacement.  The refills are commonly available in office supply stores and, of course, eBay.  Also, the SHEAFFER box is included and shows some light scuffs from the years but has good end flaps.  Lastly, these big NoNonsense pens have terrific balance, ample mass, and feel great on paper!
