Epiphone FT-90 EL DORADO 1967 vintage Eldorado loud individual

Description

FT-90ELDORADO 67
This is a vintage Epiphone made in 1967 at Gibson's Kalamazoo factory.
ELDORADO is a square shoulder model that appeared in 1963.
This is a model equivalent to the Epiphone version of the Gibson Hummingbird, which began production around the same time.

There is a possibility that it was made in 1969 as a serial number, but we believe it is made in 1967 because it has an upper belly specification.

Square shoulder body with spruce top and mahogany sides and back.
Narrow neck specification with mahogany neck, Jacaranda fingerboard & bridge, approximately 644mm scale & approximately 40mm nut width.
Other features include Cruson pegs, single parallelogram inlays, and non-scalloped bracing.

Other than the narrow neck, other features of this era include the adjustable bridge and wooden saddle.
The screws on both sides of the saddle can be adjusted up and down, making it easy to adjust the string height.
Since this item is almost sticky, it is difficult to lower or lower the string height, but it is possible to raise it.

It has the same quality as Gibson at the time, and is characterized by the dynamic sound unique to long scales.
Although the sound of Jaki Jaki is homogeneous, the outline is clear and you can feel the sound pressure flying forward in chunks.
You can enjoy a slightly different atmosphere from Gibson.

In particular, the sound of this individual is wonderful, with a crisp sound due to aging and overflowing overtones.
It sounds very comfortable.
There is some weather checking that is appropriate for its age, but there are no cracks in the wood, and it is in good condition considering its age.
The removal of the pickup remains, and the end pin has been expanded to jack size.
A strap pin is attached to the neck heel.

The neck is in good condition, almost straight, and the string height is about 2.1mm at the 6th string above the 12th fret, and about 2.0mm at the 1st string.
The truss rod has been turned a bit, but it still spins.
There are plenty of frets left, with 70% remaining even on the 1st and 2nd string low frets.
A KACES hard case with an eye-catching skull horn pattern is included.
Included hard case, book
