As you can see from the pictures the condition of the audio book and the black cardboard sleeve.  I will go into more details on the condition.

The audio book all the way around is in very good condition except for a crease on the front cover at the lower area.

The black cardboard sleeve is in very good condition and the CDs are held nicely.

As far as I know there is no issues with the CDs playing.
