As you can see from the pictures the condition of the audio book and the black cardboard sleeve and black spacer.  I will go into more detail on the condition.

The front cover has some surface wear and scratches. 

The left side has some creases and the right side is in good condition.  The top and bottom flaps and ears are in good condition with some surface wear and scratches.

The back cover has some surface wear and scratches but in good condition.

The black cardboard sleeve is in good condition with surface wear and scratches.  The black spacer is in good condition too and holds the sleeve nicely.

As far as I know there is no issues with the CDs playing.  They may have some wear from being played and taken in and out of the sleeve.
